What is the exact commission percentage for each sale made?

Our partners receive a competitive 15% commission on the net value of each sale. This fixed commission is applied to the total value of every policy issued through your personalized Partner link.

Is there a maximum earnings limit or a monthly commission cap?

There are no caps on your earnings. Your income scales automatically based on sales volume, plan duration (1, 2, or up to 3 years), and the applicant’s profile. The more your community grows, the more you earn.

How and on what dates are the accumulated commission payments processed?

We operate under a secure and transparent bimonthly payment scheme. Commissions are accumulated in blocks of two (2) consecutive months, and payments are settled one month in arrears (at the close of the third month). Funds are transferred directly to your bank account within the first 5 business days after the close of the corresponding payment cycle.

What does the one-month validation period consist of before settling the commission?

Commissions are processed for active policies following a one-month validation period computed from the health policy’s effective start date. This ensures a secure, verified, and transparent payment process for all parties involved in the transaction.

How can I check if a voucher I referred is active, expired, or voided?

How is the voucher sent to the client once the purchase is made?

The process is fast and standardized. Once the client completes the purchase through your link, our system generates and sends the assistance certificate directly to the client’s email within a maximum of one (1) business day.

Do I need to complete any manual paperwork for my client to receive their policy?

No manual paperwork is required. We handle all administrative tasks, issuance, and technical and operational support digitally. This allows you to focus exclusively on advising, recommending, and closing the sale.

Is there a minimum sales volume required to maintain the partnership?

While we prioritize partners with a constant flow of referrals, we do not impose mandatory minimum quotas to keep your account active.
